Terms & Conditions

- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved or teacher absence.

- Although we do everything we can to keep all students and belongings safe, BeXD Pty Limited or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- BeXD Pty Limited reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour. Please know we make every effort to create pathways and strategies for students struggling with behaviour and removing a student from class will be done as a last resort to keep all students safe.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at admin@bexdcreate.com. This information is confidential and allows us to support all students to the best of our ability.

- You must declare if you do or do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address. Your booking profile contains photo permission details.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they are ill.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. If notice is given upon term enrolment of an upcoming student unavailability, BeXD Pty Limited may use discretion to refund or offer a make-up class.

- If there are any sessions cancelled by BeXD Pty Limited due to bad weather, flooding, COVID or other unforeseen circumstances, BeXD Pty Limited will offer a make-up session or parents will be refunded.
